    During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the clean and comfortable accommodations offered at this business class fair hotel. The breakfast was good and offered a variety of options. The location was key, as it was situated in the heart of downtown and provided easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. I appreciated the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcomed during my stay.

    The laundry service provided by a third party vendor was a letdown. Despite requesting same-day service for a small garment, the vendor was unable to accommodate the request and asked for a special condition.
